March 2, 2023, Tom Herche, Alaska Traffic Company's Board Chairman, announced Alaska Traffic Company's sale to Span Alaska. "It was important to me to find a company that has our same culture and value system, which we have found. Span Alaska has been serving the Alaska Market place since 1978."
